Welcome to the Irene Henry State Farm Agent office in Ventura, CA! I have over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, and I opened my office to assist with the insurance needs of my Good Neighbors in the Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Irene V. Henry, is a devoted mother of two who is lovingly referred to as "GiGi" by her 10-year-old grandson, and 2-year-old granddaughter. Irene and her team are deeply engaged in the community, making a meaningful impact through various roles and volunteer efforts.

Previously, Irene served as the President of the Ventura Rotary, demonstrating her commitment to community service and leadership. She is currently the Rotary Interact Liaison for Ventura High School, a position she has held since 2015, where she nurtures the development of young leaders.

Irene is passionate about sports and mentoring; she coached the Villanova Prep Ladies Volleyball team from 2004 to 2012, positively influencing the lives of her players.

Beyond her community service, Irene actively supports local businesses and organizations. She has been a Board Member and Volunteer at the Santa Barbara Boys & Girls Club, working to enhance the lives of young people. Additionally, she supports the Braille Institute of Santa Barbara, advocating for accessibility for visually impaired individuals.

Together with fellow State Farm Agent Dena Rogers, Irene has sponsored the establishment of the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Ventura County Medical Center. This year, they collaborated on the Aut2Run sponsorship and have consistently supported the Ventura High School Girls Softball and Tennis Teams.

Irene’s dedication to inclusivity is evident in her work with athletes with intellectual disabilities, where she volunteers and provides support. She is also a strong advocate for professional development, actively participating in the Ventura Chamber of Commerce.
